Lilian O. Ajayi is the Founder and the Executive Director of the Global Connections for Women Foundation.
Lilian Ajayi spent a portion of her career working at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, representing the Mission of Nigeria to the UN, and served on the Social Economic Committee as the economic development policy negotiator. Lilian Ajayi is currently working on her first fictional Novel, and has led Digital Marketing Strategy, Online Marketing Campaigns and Data Intelligence Analytics efforts for numerous Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies.
She is a Harvard graduate and a MBA Candidate in Finance & Marketing from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College.
From May 2014 to date, she has been an Adjunct Professor – Dept of Strategic Communication, Marketing and Media Management Programs at NYU SCPS.
Since 2005 to date, she is a Data Scientist, Digital Marketer & SEO Executive. She specialises in Digital Marketing, SEO, Analytics & Consumer Insights and works in Greater New York City Area.
She founded Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W). It was established to support women and youth in underserved communities. The mission of the organization is to connect, educate and empower the people, communities and organizations we serve. It also serves as a philanthropy platform where generation X and Y can give back to their communities by becoming a GC4W Champion.
In 2012, she was a Power 30 Under 30 Awards Honoree provided by Power 30 Under 30. She was listed in Top 40 under 40 Most Inspiring African in the Diaspora provided by Applause Africa. Also, she was listed in Top 20 African women with powerful and inspiring voices provided by Applause Africa. Power Woman of the Diaspora provided by Black Enterprise Magazine. She was also awarded the Ambassador of Goodwill of the State of Arkansas and the rest of the World.
