Popular Nigerian actress, Opeyemi Aiyeola is celebrating another year alive today, August 29, 2016. The beautiful actress who was once one of the most popular faces on the Yoruba movie scene in the early 2000s, relocated to the United Kingdom years ago with her hubby, Olayiwola Owolomose.
An indigene of Ogun state, Opeyemi Aiyeola is a graduate of Lagos State University where she studied Accounting. Her first appearance in a movie was in the 1998 yoruba film, Aso Iye but her big break came when she stared in Gbenga Adewusi’s Ige Adubi. Opeyemi Aiyeola, a crossover actress has also featured in several English productions including Wale Adenuga’s Super Story.
Other top movie’s Opeyemi has stared in include Tade Ogida‘s Madam Dearest, Adun Ife, Kadara Mi and many others. She got married to Babatunde Olayiwola Owolomose in 2007 and the couple are blessed with two sons. The actress recently made a return to the movie industry after years of hiatus which she described as being necessitated by the need to build her home.
