At the end of the day we’re not just entertainment, we are humans.” Biles on taking #mentalhealth seriously.

She showed us the importance of putting ourselves first in order to be our best, teaching us it’s not just about competing but doing it for YOU.

Yes USA’s Simone Biles made an epic comeback indeed finishing with a solid performance, ending with a double backward somersault, double pike dismount, earning 14.000 points and a bronze medal, thereby scooping her seventh Olympic medal in the artistic gymnastics balance beam at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Tuesday.

She ties the record for most Olympic medals won by a U.S gymnast

The beam final was won by Chinese teenager Guan Chenchen at the Ariake Gymnastics Centre.

With the four-time gold medalist’s winning her seventh Olympic medal, she equals Shannon Miller’s record for an American gymnast.

Simone Biles was greeted with a rousing cheer upon entering the stadium.

Commenting after the feat, the twenty four year old opened up on not expecting to win a medal;

“It’s been a very long week, five very long years. I didn’t expect to win a medal today, I just wanted to go out and do it for myself, and that’s what I did,” Biles said after winning the bronze medal.

Biles said after all she’s been through the medal was more special than any other medal she’s ever had;

“I will cherish it for a long time,” she said.

Well done Queen!
