Taking a cue and fixing its lack of diversity, beloved sitcom ‘Friends’, which ran from 1994 to 2004, will reenact one of its classic episodes – season three – The One Where No One’s Ready featuring an all black cast including

Hosted by Being Mary Jane star Gabrielle Union, coming on board the Friends crew are Sterling K Brown, Ryan Michelle Bathe, Uzo Aduba, Aisha Hinds, Kendrick Sampson and Jeremy Pope.

The a-list Stars will take on roles of Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Ross, Joey, and Chandler and it’s all happening on zoom. The online event is part of the “Zoom Where It Happens” initiative that previously put on an all-Black table read of The Golden Girls with Tracee Ellis Ross, Alfre Woodard, Sanaa Lathan, and Regina King which aims ito raise awareness around voting and issues affecting the upcoming election, Glamour reports. The live table read will take place today September 22 at 9pm.
