She is a proud holder of a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster in London.
A then budding career girl, Abudu kicked off her professional career as a recruitment consultant in 1987 with Atlas Recruitment Consultancy firm in UK.
Upon relocating to Nigeria in 1993, already a high achiever, she worked with Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited (now ExxonMobil) as the head of their Human Resources and Administration.
After about a decade of service, thirst and passion for independence called – she resigned from Exxon Mobil and went ahead to establish her own firm, Vic Lawrence & Associates Limited.
In 2006, yet again, Abudu embraced yet a higher vision, EbonyLife TV, a network airing in more than 49 countries across Africa was born.
Abudu is Executive Producer and host of a TV talk show, Moments with Mo, the first syndicated daily talk show on African regional television.
