Nollywood Actress Bimbo Ademoye has shared an emotional story of growing up with her single father and absent mother and, according to her, the experience was far from being easy.
In a recent interview, Ademoye shared that her father did his best to be there for his children, but there were times when he was torn between working to provide for them and being present for them. Despite the challenges, Ademoye said that her relationship with her father is strong because of the sacrifices he made for his children.
Unfortunately, Ademoye’s relationship with her mother is non-existent. She revealed that her mother abandoned the family when Ademoye was just two years old, causing her first betrayal in life.
Despite her efforts to build a relationship with her mother, Ademoye said that there is no friendship or closeness between them and that she is okay with that for her mental health and sanity.
